Starting from April 2025, government subsidies have been initiated. A subsidy of 50% of the analysis and processing costs will be provided. There is an urgent need to confirm the presence of PCBs in preparation for disposal by the end of March 2027. The center was established in 1972 with the support of the Osaka Bureau of Commerce and Industry (now the Kinki Bureau of Economy, Trade and Industry), Osaka Prefecture, Osaka City, and various economic organizations in the Kansai region. As an independent third-party organization not affiliated with any specific company or group, we provide reliable data through commissions from industry, government, and academia, and offer appropriate advice and consultations, contributing to the local community.
