We would like to introduce a development case of press forming of machined products through drawing processing. The development focused on aspects such as tensile-compression composite molding, process shortening through a review of processing methods, and non-cutting. Deep drawing processing was performed using a transfer press. Additionally, our company manufactures parts such as automotive injectors, fuel pumps, EGRs, and throttles, achieving high precision with inner diameter tolerances of 0.03 to 0.05 millimeters.
