In the cleaning process of automotive parts, using conventional tap water leads to the formation of scale (spots) when dried, making air blowing essential. Additionally, if the air blowing is insufficient, scale remains, resulting in defective products, which has been a challenge. By switching from tap water to pure water, the above issues can be resolved, leading to improved quality and a reduction in the air blowing process. The cartridge pure water system we offer can be easily installed, and pure water can be obtained by simply turning on the tap. Founded in 1963, we are engaged in the sale of water treatment equipment and the regeneration of ion exchange resins in Sakai City, Osaka Prefecture. The storage, filling, and inspection of regenerated ion exchange resins are all conducted in a clean room (temperature controlled, ozone sterilization twice a week). Our inspection equipment can measure resistivity, pure water sampling volume, and resin elution TOC. Naturally, we can issue regeneration performance certificates for the regenerated ion exchange resins immediately. Regardless of customer requests, all ion exchange resins undergo heated regeneration as a countermeasure against silica. We will continue to strive for service improvement and value enhancement to meet the various requests and specifications of our customers.
