Compact angle-resolved photoelectron spectroscopy analyzer
The DA20 offers ARPES in addition to XPS and UPS while maintaining a compact footprint. It is equipped with groundbreaking deflection technology that was previously only available in the larger DA30-L analyzer model, enabling full cone ARPES measurements without rotating the sample. This allows for the mapping of the electronic band structure of the surface Brillouin zone without changing the measurement geometry, eliminating the influence of matrix elements and significantly simplifying the interpretation of results.
