A full-bore equivalent ball valve with a key lock function added via a sleeve, based on the TSS-01 model. It is oil-free and compliant with the RoHS directive (10 substances). It ensures reliable locking in fully open and fully closed states, making it effective for safety measures in semiconductor manufacturing equipment and similar applications.
