Introducing a case study on the installation of a hopper for the suction transport of resin chips and resin powder!
We would like to introduce a case where the residual resin powder and resin chips in the suction hopper were eliminated. The customer was discharging and transporting materials by suctioning horizontally from the bottom of the hopper, but there was a problem where materials remained on the opposite side and sides of the suction inlet, rendering the level switch ineffective due to this residue. We installed one blow disk of type BD-15 on each of the three sides, excluding the side with the suction inlet. Using a controller C-SV1 with one built-in solenoid valve, we simultaneously aerated all three disks.
