At Aluminum Factory, we specialize in the production of aluminum processed products used in industrial machinery, automobiles, and medical machine parts. We would like to introduce some examples of aluminum processing we have conducted. This work is a frame component for industrial machinery. By using extrusion processing of aluminum material, we reduce processing man-hours compared to machining and simultaneously improve material yield rates to achieve cost reduction. In this case, while the technical difficulty of the extrusion processing is not high, the work itself is relatively large, necessitating a large mold for the extrusion process.
