Introducing examples of aluminum processing! We were able to manufacture products that met the conditions without incurring labor and costs.

We at Aluminum Factory specialize in the production of aluminum processed products used in industrial machinery, automobiles, and medical machine parts. We would like to introduce some examples of aluminum processing that we have conducted. This work is a structural component made of aluminum (aluminum truss). The assembly part of this work (the protruding shape on the rectangular side) cannot be finished at a right angle due to the wire cutting process, resulting in a shape that inevitably has a radius of 0.3mm from the wire cutting. As a result, there was a problem where the block would float when combined with this component and the block component. By adding a "relief" section to the extrusion mold, we were able to solve the problem with the extrusion molding.
