The compounds subject to PFAS regulation at this time are as follows: Complete regulation: PFOS, PFOA, and precursors of PFHxS, with almost all applications being regulated. Planned regulation in Europe: PFHxA, which will be banned for the following limited uses: textiles, leather, paper, food packaging, shoes, etc. Several fluorochemical manufacturers have announced the discontinuation of their products; however, our products do not contain any components subject to the above regulations. Therefore, we do not plan to halt supply at this time. We synthesize effective ingredients in-house that exhibit functionality, and we accept OEM supply in small quantities according to customer specifications (types of active ingredients, ingredient concentrations, solvents used, packaging, labels, etc.).
