The REX system provides a compact and flexible comprehensive protection and distribution solution for a DC 24V system.
The E-T-A REX system provides optimal functionality, offering the highest transparency and remote diagnostics for machine design with a minimal number of modules, while also enabling direct access to detailed data on DC24V power distribution. This significantly improves the operational efficiency of machines and equipment. Basic configuration of the REX system: 1. Power supply EM12 2. Bus controller CPC12 (with communication function) 3. Overcurrent protection REX12 or REX22D 4. Branch PM12 ■ Features - Integration of electronic circuit protection and power distribution - Rated current: 1A to 20A (fixed and adjustable current values available) - Safe design for branch systems can be achieved in a compact space. (Can be connected up to a maximum rated current total of 40A or up to 16 channels) - Current values can be set for each branch system, allowing for quick disconnection of only the faulty circuit - Lever-type connecting connectors eliminate the need for accessories like busbars - UL1310 Class 2 certification (1A, 2A, 3A, 4A) - Communication: IO-Link, Modbus RTU, PROFINET, EtherCAT, EtherNet/IP, Modbus TCP
