By using aluminum ultra-thin heat pipes (cool pipes), it is possible to eliminate the need for conventional fans and heat sinks. This leads to reduced power consumption, decreased noise, thinner products, and even overall cost savings for the system. Cool pipes can transfer heat directly from the heat source to the chassis or external heat sink without requiring airflow. This eliminates the need for ventilation holes, reduces the intrusion of dust and static electricity, and makes filters unnecessary. Cool pipes are available in thicknesses ranging from 1.2mm to 2.5mm and lengths from 60mm to 500mm, with a maximum thermal conductivity performance of 270W.
