We would like to introduce a case study on the introduction of the spectral cell analyzer "ID7000" and the cell sorter "SH800S" to the Juntendo University School of Medicine and Graduate School of Medicine. In this laboratory, the cell sorter is used to concentrate immune cells and other types. Additionally, the "ID7000," which is specialized for multi-color analysis, is utilized to elucidate various immune cell profiling, such as the mechanisms by which aging cells are removed.
