Laser Diode Module "ELD6501A"
ELD6501A is an APC driver integrated laser diode module that incorporates a laser chip with a wavelength of 650nm, a rated output of 5mW, a monitor diode, and an APC drive circuit into a TO-56 metal can package. Since it has all the APC circuits built-in, it can output APC-controlled laser light using only the laser light output setting resistor. The integration into the TO-56 package enables miniaturization and lightweight design of laser application devices, reduction of development time, and improved reliability due to metal can sealing. Furthermore, it can block external surges to the laser chip, enhancing electrostatic discharge resistance during assembly and transportation.
