We would like to introduce a case where our one-board motion controller "SLM4000" was implemented, allowing for effective utilization of our company's know-how. The customer was controlling with a general-purpose NC, but found it difficult to express their uniqueness and was dissatisfied. There was a need to consolidate their precision grinding processing know-how into proprietary software (created with Visual Basic) and connect it directly to the NC, but they had given up due to limitations in the existing NC's capabilities. With the introduction of our product, they were able to operate and control with their own software, achieve basic performance equivalent to general-purpose NC, and realize unique functions that differentiate them from competitors.
