We would like to introduce a case of controlling a scalar robot. There was no good robot controller for the dedicated scalar mechanism, it was not possible to purchase just the controller from the robot manufacturer, and the controllers that could be purchased had issues such as "not moving smoothly" and "unstable operation." After our company's intervention, we were able to perform mechanism transformation for each control cycle, command in an orthogonal system, and achieve accurate contour movements.
