【Processing Technology Details】 ■ Kunimite Processing The characteristic of Kunimite is its coating, which is resistant to high temperatures. Even when heated to 400°C for 3 hours with a film thickness of 50μm, no cracks occur on the surface (confirmed by FE-SEM). Additionally, it is unique in the world for not developing cracks even when heated to temperatures above 400°C, making it suitable for use in high-temperature components. ■ Yagimite Processing The characteristic of Yagimite is that it forms a dense layer of about 1μm on the surface of the coating. This dense layer acts as a cover that seals the pore surfaces, protecting the coating from etching gases and corrosive solutions within semiconductor manufacturing equipment. In alkaline resistance tests, it achieves five times the corrosion resistance of conventional coatings. Due to its excellent sealing properties, there is no mass loss. ■ Rolomite Processing A dual-purpose anodizing process that combines both heat resistance and corrosion resistance.
