This processing is recommended for important parts of semiconductor manufacturing equipment and electronic components. Furthermore, in the Kunimite processing for semiconductor manufacturing equipment, Kunimite is effective in reducing the amount of particles. Since semiconductor manufacturing equipment typically uses corrosive gases, cracks can occur due to thermal effects from plasma, leading to corrosion and the generation of particles. Because Kunimite does not develop cracks due to heat, particles do not form even after prolonged use in plasma etching equipment.
