A case study using the "Cell Sorter SH800S" for developmental engineering research applying the concept of "grafting" to fish species!
We would like to introduce a case study of the "Cell Sorter SH800S" used at the Hokkaido University Field Science Center for Northern Biosphere. At this center, it is used for research on isolating primordial germ cells. In developmental biology research that deals with cellular levels, many experimental systems require skilled techniques, and ensuring reproducibility has been one of the challenges. It took time to be able to isolate primordial germ cells, but now we are able to conduct highly reproducible analyses. 【Case Summary】 ■Model Used: Cell Sorter SH800S ■Main Application: Developmental engineering research applying the concept of "grafting" to fish. *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.
