[Case Study of Cell Sorter Implementation] Doshisha Women's University, Faculty of Pharmacy, Department of Medical Pharmacy
Used for the development of treatment methods for refractory cancer through the control of epithelial-mesenchymal transition and cell fate.
We would like to introduce a case study of the "Cell Sorter SH800S" used by the Department of Pharmacy and Medical Pharmacy at Doshisha Women's University. In research on fat culture induction, it is used as a routine task to distinguish between epithelial cells and mesenchymal cells. It has also been confirmed that when rosiglitazone is added, there are changes in the activation of CD36 to determine whether fat culture induction has occurred in RSP. Additionally, it is used in experiments with a newly developed EMT/MET dual reporter plasmid and a Fucci reporter to monitor the progression of the cell cycle. 【Case Overview】 ■ Model Used: Cell Sorter SH800S ■ Application: Analysis of expression patterns of cancer stem cell markers using EMT reporters *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.
