Compact PC for Mk1D analysis, ideal for fieldwork and compact lab environments.
The MinION Mk1D is an ultra-compact DNA/RNA sequencer developed by Oxford Nanopore Technologies, boasting high performance despite its portable size. It supports USB-C connectivity, allowing for easy integration with the latest laptops and workstations. Equipped with a Peltier temperature control function, it enables stable sequencing within a range of 10 to 35°C. It supports ultra-long reads of over 4Mb, making it ideal for real-time genome analysis and metagenome analysis. An LED indicator provides an intuitive understanding of the operational status. It accommodates a wide range of applications, including whole genome analysis of bacteria, amplicon analysis of viruses, identification of 16S rRNA, and transcriptome analysis (cDNA and direct RNA).
