Our company was founded in 1815. We manufacture and sell sake such as "Myoko-san," "Koshino Yukizukika," and "Echigo Oyaji." We are a long-established brewery located in Joetsu City, Niigata Prefecture, founded in 1815. Our management philosophy is "To contribute to the happiness of people and the promotion of sake culture through the production of high-quality sake." We have won the gold medal at the National New Sake Competition 14 times and have received numerous awards, including first place at a competition in London. Using rice from Niigata Prefecture, spring water from the Myoko mountain range, and our own cultivated active yeast, we produce sake that is rich in flavor yet has a refreshing mouthfeel and an elegant character.
