The "BIM/SETOV/TF/CLJ" series is a nozzle that contributes to cooling efficiency, uniform application of release agents, resolution of clogging, and removal of debris from molds.

The two-fluid spray nozzle series "BIM" and "SETOV" are suitable for cooling and application of release agents. The "BIM" series excels in uniform spraying, allowing for rapid and even cooling of heated products. The "SETOV" series has a large foreign object passage diameter, which suppresses clogging while enabling uniform application of release agents. Additionally, these products are effective as sprays for odor control, contributing to environmental improvement. For the problem of debris clogging air holes in molds, we recommend the air nozzle "TF" series, which features strong impact and high quietness. The "TF-121" sprays air at a width of 121mm, reducing the number of nozzles used and achieving cost reduction. In factories that handle chemicals at high temperatures, ventilation and air conditioning are essential.
