No end mill defects occurred with competitor products, achieving quality equivalent to chlorine processing oil!
We would like to introduce a case study on solving challenges related to "Plant Cut 6014 NAS" in the marine industry and turbine impellers. In this case, the issues were compliance with fire safety regulations (non-hazardous materials) and the elimination of chlorine. We switched from chlorine-processed oil of Class 3 petroleum to the designated combustible Plant Cut 6014 NAS. There were no defects in end mills produced by other companies, and we achieved quality equivalent to that of chlorine-processed oil. 【Case Overview】 ■ Industry/Parts: Marine industry, turbine impellers ■ Material being machined: SUS630 ■ Machining content: End mill *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.
