Ozone is not just in gas form; by turning it into ozone nanobubble water, its effectiveness increases and safety is enhanced!
The circulating water in cooling towers is exposed to the atmosphere, which causes it to decay and grow moss and other organisms. If it is not regularly cleaned with chemicals or other means, its functionality will decline. (This leads to increased electricity costs due to decreased cooling efficiency, as well as rising costs for chemicals and cleaning.) As a countermeasure, one method is to create nanobubbles in the circulating water, which inactivates anaerobic bacteria that cause decay. Additionally, by creating ozone nanobubbles in the circulating water, there is a method to purify it even more effectively. *For detailed information, please refer to the PDF materials. Our company has developed various devices that utilize microbubbles and nanobubbles (also known as fine bubbles and ultrafine bubbles), including showerheads and micro/nanobubble generators for washing machines that help reduce odors in clothing and remove dirt from behind the drum. Through a joint project involving four organizations, including the Tama Branch of the Tokyo Metropolitan Small and Medium Enterprise Support Center, Professor Ninomiya of the Nippon Institute of Technology, and our company, it has been confirmed that these bubbles are effective in reducing odors in grinding fluids, maintaining emulsion stability, improving workpiece precision, and extending tool life. Additionally, our micro/nanobubble generator adopts a cavitation method that generates bubbles using the air already contained in tap water. This helps prevent rust in the equipment, making it ideal for use with grinding and cutting fluids. Furthermore, the system can be adapted for use as an inline static mixer by incorporating gases such as nitrogen or carbon dioxide.
