We would like to introduce a case of systematizing budget applications (profit and loss budget / capital investment budget) using "dbSheetClient" for Kyushu Railway Company. From the beginning, the "budget application system" was targeted for development as the next system following the "account detail breakdown system." The company's budget is divided into profit and loss budgets and capital investment budgets, which are created over approximately six months based on budget requests from each department. However, the workload was a significant challenge. With the systematization, the summary table (a list of investment amounts by investment item) that was previously created by manually aggregating budget statements is now automatically generated, allowing for a speedy and reliable understanding of total construction costs.
