We would like to introduce a case study of the implementation of "dbSheetClient" at Kiwami Foods Co., Ltd. The company managed quality inspection data separately at its quality inspection center and six domestic factories, but it was unable to centralize quality inspection data across the entire organization. Additionally, inquiries about inspection results from the product development and purchasing departments took time, as the quality inspection center responded via phone or email. By systematizing with our product, we were able to establish a multi-site system that follows the workflow of inspection request → inspection acceptance → input of inspection results → reporting of results among the product development department, purchasing department, headquarters quality control department, and the quality inspection center.
