Implement a database system utilizing Excel to achieve paperless operations and significantly reduce management workload!

We would like to introduce a case study of the implementation of "dbSheetClient" at Ochi Ai Co., Ltd. Before the implementation, all process inspection data was recorded on handwritten paper files, and due to a retention period of 30 years, securing storage space and searching for past settings and quality information was cumbersome and very stressful. By digitizing daily work reports with this product, the input time, which used to take about 85 minutes, has been reduced to about 1 minute, resulting in significant time savings. Additionally, the collection of daily reports and records by the Quality Assurance and Management departments took 30 minutes, and filing records in manufacturing order by departments one, two, and three took 45 minutes; by digitizing these processes, the work itself has been eliminated.
