Customers can perform mapping, and it can operate without magnetic tape! Recommended for customers considering automation and unmanned operation.
We would like to introduce the "Conveyor + AMR" handled by Central Conveyor Co., Ltd. This product consists of a customizable DC conveyor and an autonomous mobile robot (AMR) that can operate without the need for magnetic tape, allowing customers to create their own mapping. Additionally, we plan to exhibit a working model at "DAIDO CONNECT FAR 2025," hosted by Daido Co., Ltd., at the Grand Cube Osaka (Osaka International Convention Center). We hope you will visit us. 【Features】 ■ Customers can create maps using the AMR's LiDAR sensor. ■ The travel routes and stop points can be freely set. ■ Communication is possible via Wi-Fi, and it can automatically charge when a charging point is set. ■ The conveyor can also be driven from the AMR software. ■ With the parking point setting, it will automatically move to the parking point and wait after completing its tasks. ■ Tasks that were previously done manually with carts can be automated. *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.

Founded in 1961 (Showa 36), we have been dedicated to conveyors ever since. As a pioneer in logistics and transportation systems, we have been proposing and constructing systems that match our customers' diverse needs. Logistics systems have evolved over time, and in recent years, various information systems have become intricately intertwined, leading to increased sophistication. In this context, in December 2008 (Heisei 20), our company became a group company of IHI Corporation, establishing a framework that allows us to respond to customer needs more than ever before. We promise to sensitively capture the movements of the ever-changing logistics systems and to leverage the engineering know-how we have cultivated over many years, continuously coordinating next-generation logistics systems in total.
