The "record needles" we handle have approximately 2,000 models (compatible with about 30 manufacturers), and all of them are produced consistently one by one. Each record needle requires a minimum of 2 parts and a maximum of 45 parts, which are assembled one by one by skilled employees who can be called artisans. All the tools, jigs, and inspection equipment necessary for the manufacturing process are designed and manufactured in-house, making them essential for maintaining the quality of a wide variety of products.
