A "dressing tool" is a type of diamond tool used to shape and sharpen the surface of grinding stones and to regenerate them. Our company currently manufactures cone-shaped dressers, conical dressers, and single stone dressers. We use only natural diamonds, selecting high-quality raw stones with good purity from octahedral and dodecahedral forms, with each stone being individually chosen by hand. The "record needles" we handle have approximately 2,000 models (compatible with about 30 manufacturers), and all of them are produced consistently one by one. Each record needle requires a minimum of 2 parts and a maximum of 45 parts, which are assembled one by one by skilled employees who can be called artisans. All the tools, jigs, and inspection equipment necessary for the manufacturing process are designed and manufactured in-house, making them essential for maintaining the quality of a wide variety of products. Our company conducts integrated production from the processing of the shank (shaft) of "Electroplated Diamond Bars" to the electroplating itself. We use stainless steel for the shank, which is resistant to rust and has low magnetic properties. Each shank is individually masked by hand, and diamond (or CBN) abrasives are electroplated according to customer specifications. Additionally, since the products are exposed to operating environments of tens of thousands to hundreds of thousands of rotations, there is no compromise in the intermediate inspections. In the electroplating process, we continuously monitor the plating solution, which can change with the seasons and weather, using our proprietary management equipment to maintain quality. "Gauge Contact" is an essential measuring tool in processing sites that use cylindrical grinding machines. Everything is custom-made to match the workpiece being processed. Additionally, you can choose the contact part from natural diamond, sintered diamond, or carbide, and we will polish it to your desired chip shape. Our company also consistently produces "Diamond Bars" from shank processing to electroplating.
