In this case, we proposed an optimal plan tailored to the site conditions, achieving both cost reduction and efficiency. 【Case Overview】 Target: High-concentration and low-concentration pits Objective: Regular cleaning to maintain the functionality of the pits 【Equipment Used and Work Details】 Equipment: 10t vacuum truck, high-pressure cleaning truck Procedure: After cleaning and vacuuming from above, we entered the pit. Due to the large amount of sediment, we used shovels to gather the sludge towards the suction area while vacuuming, and also cleaned around the pump. We similarly cleaned the second pit and recovered all the material. 【Results】 Number of Workers: 4 Working Time: 5.5 hours Amount Recovered: Approximately 8t Effect: By entering the pit with a large amount of sediment and combining manual labor with machinery to clean every corner, we restored the pit's original functionality.
