We would like to introduce a case study on the implementation of the automatic warehouse for pallets, "Rack Sorter P," at New East Niiza Base Co., Ltd. In the frozen warehouse where food products sold through online shopping are stored, there were challenges such as reducing the burden on forklift operators.
