We have strengths in injection molding technology using high-performance resins. Leveraging this, we received a grant from the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry to enter the medical device industry, enabling us to produce surgical instruments, which are predominantly made of metal, using carbon fiber reinforced plastic (CFRP). Moving forward, we aim to contribute to the shift from metal to resin and from heavy instruments to lighter ones.

It does so by promoting the growth and stability of small and medium-sized enterprises based in Tokyo, introducing these enterprises to subcontractors, and offering job placement, training, and development services. In the medical device industry entry support project, we assist small and medium-sized manufacturing enterprises in Tokyo to enter the medical device industry. Specifically, a dedicated medical-engineering collaboration coordinator will work alongside your company to provide matching support with medical device manufacturers (production and sales companies) and clinical institutions, thereby aiding in the development and commercialization of new medical devices.
