0717 Delivery of Brodisk (Brodisk Mini) for the food industry.

The metal detection compatible Brody Disk (mini), widely used in the food industry, has been adopted in the cosmetics industry!

We would like to introduce a case where a model with metal powder mixed into the elastic disk (the air discharge part of the blow disk) was used, so that if the elastic disk were to accidentally break and mix into the powder, it could be detected by metal detectors or X-ray inspection machines. While it is mostly used in the food industry, this time it was adopted by a customer in the cosmetics sector. Since the discharge diameter is quite small, it is very important to implement blockage measures just above this point. We installed two Blow Disk Minis at this location and two more Blow Disk Minis 50mm above this point.
