Based on the latest graphical substrate technology, SinoGaN has developed high-quality AlN templates on sapphire substrates. The thickness of this epitaxial AlN is approximately 3μm, and the full width at half maximum (FWHM) of the rocking curves for the (002) and (102) planes measured by XRD are below 150 arcseconds and 250 arcseconds, respectively. The surface roughness with a single atomic step is less than 0.1nm in a 5×5μm² area.
