Processing of 0.5mm thin plates and thin plate processing of highly reflective materials such as copper and brass is possible!
We specialize in sheet metal processing ranging from palm-sized to large 10-meter sizes. We achieve high-level processing with short delivery times, low costs, and from a lot of just one piece!
Nishioka Iron Works has been primarily engaged in thin plate processing for over 90 years, handling everything from cutting to processing and painting. We possess equipment such as robot-controlled fiber laser welding, handheld YAG laser welding, handheld fiber laser welding, spot welding, turret punch laser combination machines, and large drying rooms, allowing us to solve issues related to distortion and cost reduction in thin plate processing. We have examples of monument production using stainless steel polishing materials, where we fully utilized our laser welding technology to weld 1mm thick stainless steel with almost no distortion.

Nishioka Iron Works Co., Ltd. originated in 1933 when it began contracting canning and painting operations as Nishioka Group within the factory of Sumitomo Heavy Industries, Ltd. In 1937, after starting production in its own factory, the company gradually focused on manufacturing various canned products, while also producing control panels and printing machine covers using thin sheets and metal plates. In 1981, amidst a trend where Sumitomo Heavy Industries, Ltd. outsourced the production of electrical components such as control panels, Nishioka Iron Works Co., Ltd. established an electrical division within the company. Furthermore, to maintain a consistent production system from design to manufacturing, assembly, and inspection, Nishioki Densō Co., Ltd. was established in 1983. The long-standing inheritance and development of technology have become the foundation of trust from our customers today.
