Demand has been steadily increasing, and we also accommodate requests for pre-spray drying processes such as liquid preparation (ball mill dispersion, homomixer dispersion, and solution preparation through stirring), enhancing our one-stop service capability and convenience. In addition to spray drying, we also accept the following processing and testing requests: ■ Drying using batch-type shelf dryers ■ Mixing, compounding, and granulation of powders using mixers specialized for powder mixing ■ Dry crushing using hammer mills ■ Classification using vibrating sieves (sieving and removal of coarse foreign materials) Moreover, combinations of these operations are possible. 【Example 1】 Shelf drying of supplied press cakes, followed by crushing with a hammer mill and bagging 【Example 2】 Shelf drying after granulation by stirring, followed by classification with sieving Typically, there is a significant increase in testing requests as the fiscal year-end approaches.
