Our company is engaged in the business of contract manufacturing spray-dried powders. Since our establishment, we have been involved in the development, manufacturing, processing, and sales of various powders through the production of inorganic pigments. We aim to provide quality that satisfies our customers through liquid preparation and granulation technology using spray dryers. Our company focuses on contract manufacturing and testing of various industrial powders, primarily utilizing spray dryer-based drying and granulation processing technology. Demand has been steadily increasing, and we also accommodate requests for pre-spray drying processes such as liquid preparation (ball mill dispersion, homomixer dispersion, and solution preparation through stirring), enhancing our one-stop service capability and convenience. In addition to spray drying, we also accept the following processing and testing requests: ■ Drying using batch-type shelf dryers ■ Mixing, compounding, and granulation of powders using mixers specialized for powder mixing ■ Dry crushing using hammer mills ■ Classification using vibrating sieves (sieving and removal of coarse foreign materials) Moreover, combinations of these operations are possible. 【Example 1】 Shelf drying of supplied press cakes, followed by crushing with a hammer mill and bagging 【Example 2】 Shelf drying after granulation by stirring, followed by classification with sieving Typically, there is a significant increase in testing requests as the fiscal year-end approaches. While the number of companies capable of undertaking such processing has been decreasing, we are becoming quite busy to meet the strong demand.
