【Lecture Overview】 The National Database of Health Insurance Claims (NDB) is a big data repository composed of medical receipt information and specific health check and guidance information. Recently, a cloud environment called the Health and Care Data Analysis Platform (HIC) has been expanded to allow access to data, and a system has been established to enable remote access to the NDB processed for analysis within HIC, achieving rapid data provision. Additionally, in line with the increase in publicly available databases for third-party use, connections with each public database are being gradually expanded.
