Our company supports the manufacturing industry, focusing on Japan's core industries such as automotive and electronics, by utilizing various technologies including machinery, electrical systems, and IT systems. Regarding technical training services, they are provided by the Engineering Solutions (ES) division. Since its establishment in 1998, the ES division has continued to grow as a top runner in engineering solutions, expanding its business to include not only engineer dispatch but also contract development and technical training. Currently, we have a wide range of clients in the manufacturing industry, including automotive manufacturers, and approximately 300 mechanical and electrical engineers are active in our organization.
