Nuts, such as cashews, contain high levels of lipids and polyphenols, making their proteins difficult to dissolve in water. By adding the extraction solution component of the food testing kit "Allergen Eye Immunochromatography for Heating" to the wipe solution, it has become possible to detect allergens with high sensitivity by dissolving the proteins.
