Arnitel is based on thermoplastic copolyester elastomer (TPC) chemistry and is available in a wide range of hardness grades. It provides excellent elastic recovery and maintains mechanical properties even after prolonged cyclic deformation. Mechanically, Arnitel offers outstanding fatigue resistance, impact resistance, and abrasion resistance, making it suitable for dynamic applications subject to vibration and repeated motion. It retains flexibility even at low temperatures, reducing the risk of cracking or hardening in cold environments. Thermally, Arnitel features a wide continuous-use temperature range and maintains elastic properties at elevated temperatures. It also shows excellent resistance to oils, fuels, coolants, and many chemicals. From a processing perspective, Arnitel supports injection molding, extrusion, and blow molding. Compared with rubber, it enables simplified processing, recyclability, and consistent quality with high dimensional stability in mass production.
