Automatically captures defective areas of the implemented printed circuit board with a camera and displays them enlarged on a monitor. Simple operation that only requires pressing the judgment button while looking at the monitor.
The automatic visual inspection machine automatically captures defective areas of the assembled printed circuit board identified by the inspection and displays them enlarged on a monitor. The operation is simple, requiring only the press of a judgment button while looking at the monitor, eliminating concerns about missing defects. Additionally, with the multi-control function (optional), images from multiple support machines can be visually monitored on a single remote PC, allowing for increased inspection efficiency with fewer inspectors. The main features are as follows: - Images from above and at an angle can be switched and confirmed with the press of a single button using two cameras. - Inspection can start immediately without the need to program. The automatic visual inspection device captures defective areas automatically and displays them enlarged on the monitor. - Automatic angle adjustment function reduces inspection tact! - Compatible with automatic visual inspection devices from many manufacturers. Many connection functions are currently under development.

In 1979, we established Tokyo Machine and Tool Co., Ltd. with the aim of selling tools and consumables for drilling machines used in printed circuit board processing to meet customer needs. The precision and density required for product substrates have further advanced, and there is a wide range of peripheral equipment such as exposure devices and inspection instruments. Our company aims to offer a product lineup that can propose solutions for the entire process, from material input to product inspection, not just limited to the drilling process of printed circuit boards. We have also established sales bases in Thailand and Vietnam, aiming for global sales that meet customer needs.
