The "Aseptic Packaged Rice Production Equipment PS Series (in-house product)" can produce up to 10,000 meals per hour and automatically performs tray supply, rice filling into trays, sterilization, water addition, and cooking. Sterilization reaches the specified F value in just a few seconds using our unique method, ensuring even heat distribution to the bottom. Cooking is also completed in as little as 15 minutes using our proprietary technique. Due to its high thermal efficiency, production can be achieved with approximately half the steam usage compared to conventional methods.
