【Lecture Overview】 Tohoku Electric Power, under its management philosophy of "Co-prosperity with Local Communities" and the group slogan "Closer, Together, Stronger," has set forth the initiative "Yorisou next + PLUS" for 2024, backcasting from its desired vision for the 2030s to fulfill its mission of supporting society through business development centered on electricity and energy. As it pursues growth by dividing its business units into five areas and eleven business categories, it positions "DX Promotion" as a strong driver for realizing its management vision. Three years ago, an initiative for "Digital Utilization" that started with just four people has evolved into a company-wide DX/IT strategy by 2025.
