We would like to introduce a case study on the use of "SDC Clean Bolt" in the automotive manufacturer's technology department. Stainless bolts are used in high-temperature environments, but these environments do not allow for lubricants. Additionally, when removed for maintenance after returning to room temperature, they can sometimes become seized and difficult to remove. This product was tested by leaving it in a high-temperature environment of 200°C for a certain period and then cooling it to room temperature to warm the screws.
