basic information
It does not seize even in high-temperature environments (recommended maximum usage temperature around 300°C). ○ Generally, the use of lubricants, as well as plating and coating, can lead to volatilization or deterioration as the temperature rises, and there is also a risk of peeling due to differences in thermal expansion coefficients. ○ The 'SDC Clean Bolt' was left in a high-temperature environment of 200°C for a certain period of time, and after cooling to room temperature, tests were conducted to loosen the screws, confirming that no seizing phenomenon occurred at all. ○ Additionally, the screws passed the precision test using a limit screw gauge after the tests. ○ Please feel free to use 'SDC Clean Bolt' with confidence. ● For more details, please contact us or download the catalog.
