We would like to introduce a VA/VE case study for a hinge positioning jig. Typically, the spot welding position of the hinge tends to shift, requiring about 20 minutes for correction work. Based on improvement suggestions from on-site workers, we changed the structure of the jig to be more precise and made the side claws longer, ensuring that the jig itself does not shift. As a result, we have redesigned the jig to eliminate the need for corrections.
