Additionally, inspections and packaging are conducted in a dedicated clean room, ensuring products free from foreign matter and dust of 0.2mm or larger. ■ Post-Painting Inspection with Dedicated Inspection Machines Our in-house cationic electrodeposition painting line accommodates both black and gray colors. For post-painting inspections, we conduct 100% inspections using a unique image inspection machine with a dedicated algorithm, ensuring that even minor scratches are not overlooked. ■ Integrated Production from Pressing to Painting We carry out all processes in-house, including pressing, welding, electrodeposition painting, assembly, cleaning, and inspection. By completing everything in-house, we eliminate damage during transportation and packaging losses, achieving the shortest possible lead times.
