We can handle everything from welded products (fabricated items) to machining from solid materials. We work with materials such as SS, S45C, aluminum, and stainless steel. As long as you provide us with the drawings, we can manage everything from material procurement to welding and machining in a one-stop service. ■ Short lead times for large part production We excel in the production of large parts such as frames and beds for equipment machinery. Since we have in-house capabilities for both welding and machining, we possess abundant know-how in both areas, allowing us to achieve high precision and respond to short lead times. ■ Welding of SUS and aluminum materials is also possible We are skilled not only in welding SS materials but also in aluminum and stainless steel. Depending on the application of the products, such as beds, frames, vacuum chambers, and brackets, we utilize both semi-automatic welding and TIG welding. ■ 3D machining with 5-axis machining centers We also handle small part machining. We are proficient in sizes ranging from palm-sized to medium-sized parts, and we can manage welding structures like brackets and machining from solid materials. In particular, we can perform complex 3D machining using simultaneous 5-axis machining centers.
